The 'My Account' section on Unwired website has an option to enable you to change your password. For your own security it is recommended that you change your password periodically.

If you have forgotten your password you can use the forgotten password service on the Unwired website to reset it. Remember your Unwired username is the same as the name of your unwired email address. If you have forgotten your username, you will need to call the Unwired support team who will verify your information and be able to provide you with your username details.

You can use your Unwired modem at your new address if it is in the Unwired Network coverage area. All you have to do is notify Unwired of your new billing address either at the My Account section of the web site, or by calling Billing & Technical Support on 1300 761 881.

The 'My Account' section on Unwired website provides information on your account. This includes your chosen plan and additional services you may have selected, your current usage information, prior months usage and other important billing information.
