Customers wishing to connect multiple computers to their Unwired modem are required to do so via a basic router, not a switch. Due to the configuration of the Unwired network, only one computer connected to a switch will be able to obtain a connection to the Unwired Network. We recommend that customers use basic routers such as NETGEAR, Linksys, Dlink or Belkin if they are wishing to connect multiple computers to their Unwired modem. NETGEAR routers are available at a reduced rate to Unwired customers.
* Note that the Unwired Helpdesk does not provide technical support for computer networking. For any further support whilst setting up your network you should contact your networking equipment provider, on the phone number provided with your product. For NETGEAR® this is 1800 787 638 within Australia.
